Who am I
After working in the corporate world of finance, followed by several years at home raising children, I came to counselling with a rich bag of experiences and insights.
I have qualifications in psychotherapy and counselling and in psychology. I have additional training in areas such as couples’ therapy, working with self harm, bereavement and bereavement by suicide. I am fully insured and registered with the BACP. I am also a registered member of Resolution, a community of family justice professionals committed to working with families who are going through seperation or divorce in a collaborative, constructive and non-confrontational way.
I feel passionately about the power of counselling, as a way to not only help clients through troubled times, but also to support people who want to understand themselves better. In order to grow your self belief and feel more in control of your life, your choices and your relationships, a good starting point is insight into your own motivations and patterns.
