Who am I
I am a BACP Accredited therapist with a Masters degree in Psychotherapy and Counselling. I hold an additional diploma in psychology and I have further professional training in couples therapy, psychosexual studies, working with bereavement and bereavement by suicide. I am a member of the BACP and my practice is fully insured.
I am also a registered member of Resolution, a community of family justice professionals committed to working with families who are going through separation or divorce in a collaborative, constructive and non-confrontational way. I have worked with a number of mental health organisations in Yorkshire, and have also operated a private practice since 2020.
I feel passionately about the power of counselling, as a way to help clients through troubled times but also to support people who want to understand themselves better. Therapy can help you feel more in control of your life, your choices and your relationships.
